Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please contact our office 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. All rescheduling or cancellations within less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50.00 fee. This courtesy allows us to compensate our staff for their time and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our rescheduling/cancellation policy. We value you business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.

Botox Appointments

To confirm your desired appointment, a $50.00 fee is required at the time of scheduling to guarantee your appointment. If the appointment is kept, the deposit will be applied to the cost of the appointment. However, if the appointment is missed, the $50.00 deposit will be applied to the cancellation/no-show fee (unless 48-hour notice is given). Therefore, we recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

Filler/PDO Threading Appointments

To confirm your desired appointment, a $350.00 fee is required at the time of scheduling to guarantee your appointment. If the appointment is kept, the deposit will be applied to the cost of the appointment. However, if the appointment is missed, the $350.00 deposit will be applied to the cancellation/no-show fee (unless 48-hour notice is given). Late Arrivals

Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. If you appointment is rescheduled or cancelled due o late arrival you will be charged the $50.00 cancellation fee.
